[cisco-voip] CCX 9 Upgrade order has no PAK...

I figured I'd throw this out here as I know a few people from that BU watch the list.
I've started ordering all my upgrade PAKs for all my UCSS clients so that I have them whenever the time comes.
I got my CCX upgrade using part CCX-UPG-P-85-90K9= on PUT and it doesn't come with a PAK key.... I checked the full order details on Cisco's order status and there is no associated PAK there either.

Is this an error? Have I missed something?
