[cisco-voip] UCCX calls and CDR

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction Ryan,

Normal Call:
finalCalledPartyNumber = Call Control Group Port (CTI Port)
destDeviceName = CTI Port Device Name
Normal/Reasonable cause values

Anomalous Calls:
finalCalledPartyNumber = UCCX Trigger (CTI Route Point)
destDeviceName = CTI Route Point device name
destCause_value = 17, User Busy

This matches up with the particular UCCX applications that were busy at the
time.
