[cisco-voip] Unity Errors in Voicemail Box

I usually get these when I send out a message to a distribution list and one or some of the members of that distribution list have a full inbox.
If she's not sending messages out, perhaps her mailbox is the target/owner of some list and she gets the warnings?

I have one user who keeps getting "some of the recipients could not be sent the message" (not verbatim). One of them is an error code 511.
This user claims she will come back to her desk from break, and there will be one in her mailbox, almost like the system is sending errors to her VM box....!!!
