[cisco-voip] Integration Alcatel PBX with Cisco Voice Gateway

hiii all

I finish integrate cisco voice gateway with alcatel successfully but the problem is :the Scinario  is alcatel provide me a trunk and i connect this trunk to the fxs port the call is successfully  but 
when Alcatel PBX recorded an auto attendant on the trunk the call ringing 2 times and when its answer the call dropped ...i dont know if i miss somthing ....
