[cisco-voip] Experience / feedback using Call Control Discovery

Rumor I heard was that ILS (CUCM9+) was favored over CCD/SAF as CCD/SAF was developed by the data network guys without any input from the voice folks...

take the rumor however you'd like and if you don't have a 9.x cluster then you're obviously not going to be talking about ILS at all. . .
