Hunt Pilots have Call Forward no answer and call forward busy settings. So you can setup a forward for after it rings no answer, or have the members log out of the hunt group to process a call forward busy.
The other option is keep a translation pattern setup "in front" of the hunt pilot dn rather than creating and deleting it every time and just point the destination to either the hunt pilot or the DN you would like to forward to.
Alternatively, if this is a regular redirection you are looking for, Time Of Day Routing may be something you might want to look into.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Hunt Pilot and RP
Hi all,
is there any way to forward a hunt pilot or Route Pattern to another extension in CUCM 8.5.
I always have to delete and recreate them as translation Patterns for the time of the diversion.
Thanks
