[cisco-voip] ExtMob and MWI....

we are running 8.6.2 on both CM and UC.

we are moving users over to ExtMob.  They are complaining that their MWI is
not coming on in the morning when they log in.  Is this working as designed
or do I have issues?  Where do I start troubleshooting this?
