[cisco-voip] FXS-DID MGCP?

Caller ID on FXS is supported because the port is controlled by CUCM. FXS ports 
are normally used by station devices like FAX machines. Caller id on FXO ports 
has not been supported in the past unless running h323. Also T1 CAS does not 
support caller id under MGCP.

Last I checked Caller ID on the FXS-DID card in DID mode was not supported.
