[cisco-voip] VG202 one-way audio ...

Hoping someone can help out.  I have a VG202 that is registered, can call out, etc. but I'm only getting audio from the far-end back towards the VG202.  We're not getting any audio from the handset on the VG202 towards the far-end.  Any ideas on what I might be missing?
