[cisco-voip] CUEAC 8.5 DirectTransfer = ALl and External Mask

I can setup the Phone's CSS to a custom CSS that includes a Translation Pattern that modifies the info for Internal Calls. However will this impact CUEAC?

Jason,

I believe the External Mask is only seen when dialing and External number as apposed to an Internal Number.

This is a UCM setting and not CUEAC specific, I believe you will get the same result if you call from the IP Phone to another IP Phone without the Console being used.

I do not know of a way to do this..

Kind Regards

Registry Key is set to DirectTransfer = All

However internal calls from Operator to internal extensions see 722-556-1210. Is there a way for internal calls to see the mask ?
