[cisco-voip] Dialing 911

I want my users to be able to dial 911, not 9.911 for emergencies.

I can add some sort of route to my H.323 gateway to do this, right?
Can you see any reason NOT to do it this way (instead of dialing 9 to get
the outside line)?  I would route the 911 call out through a POTS on an FXO
port so I would get proper address info to the emergency services.
