Thanks Nick, 

All three are the UC Bundle (inc. PVDM3, FL-CME-SRST-25, UC License PAK) so I think that satisfies both those requirements.

Just make sure both have IOS voice license and you're set. 

As well, if you are putting PVDM2's on the motherboard of the ISR G2's with the adapter then you can't mix 2's with 3's.

Nope PVDM3s will work in any 29XX or 39XX ISR G2

I'm looking at purchasing some new PVDM3-256 modules for two routers (3945s). Each are outfitted with a PVDM3-64. Is there any problem with removing the PVDM3-64's from the two routers and sticking them into a third router (2921) to use as resources? 

This will save me having to buy/upgrade the 2921 PVDM3-32.
