[cisco-voip] new smartnet option for phones?

Curious... not sure what the distinction is between OS and Application
updates are with regards to a Cisco phone... I see this across all products
including ISRs. I am certain that simply purchasing SNT entitles you to
phoneloads updates since it is techincally the OS however I'm not sure what
would be considered an IP Phone applications that would be entitled to
"Software application updates"? All UC apps require ESW for updates.
