[cisco-voip] EM SURL

so i'm running CM 7.1 and have been using EM for just a select few
employees.  we also setup an SURL for EM on one of the line buttons.

this weekend we rolled out EM corporate wide as a enterprise service.  But
now I can not create a SURL since it's an enterprise service.  Beyond
adding a second EM service and using it as my SURL.  Is there a way
(service parameter or something) that will allow us to use the enterprise
EM service as an SURL?
