[cisco-voip] Extension Mobiltiy host not found message when TLS certificate error

Put a new Tomcat cert on my Publisher, signed by Equifax (this is a new setup)

However some of my test 7965 phones were showing "Host not Found" for error message (console logs and security shows red x  in TLS, unlocked and deleted).  How about changing that message to "TLS Certificate Error" or something better for troubleshooting?
