[cisco-voip] SIP stack traces, CM performance

For a few endpoints it won't be a huge hit, especially if your servers aren't too taxed to begin with.

If you turn on trace compression the increased performance from disk i/o you get will far outstrip the additional traces generated by SIP Stack.
