[cisco-voip] RIS and 'unknown' status

You can edit the URL to give you more phones, say 1000, or so. 

Select all, copy/paste into a text file, use (f)grep to select those you want. 

I've actually modified the URL to give me two or three thousand results. 

It takes a while and the CPU spikes, but it works.
