[cisco-voip] upgrading 3945 from 15.1(3)T to 15.1(4)M

I'm going to be upgrading my 3945s from 15.1(3)T to 15.1(4)M because it's not as cool to be running the T train anymore. ;) 

Anything I should watch out for? 

I'm not as concerned with bugs and stuff, cause, you know, they're always gonna be there, but I'm worried more about licensing stuff on the router itself and the NME-CUE module. 

Will it simply continue to work?
