for a particular user: 

user > edit > message waiting indicators > reset all 

for the whole server: 

telephony integration > phone system > Synchronize All MWIs on This Phone System (click button) 

be careful with this one, could cause some call processing issues

Is it possible for Unity Connection to send MWI even thou the system thinks MWI is on ? 
Is there a pramater that I can choose to force Untiy to send the MWI request out ? 


I have a really old NEC/PIMG integration that has issues with MWI, and the NEC side has no reporting tools to ay that they can see or not see MWI.
