Some background on why the default device profile is key...
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/7_1_2/ccmfeat/fsem.html#wp1206706

The "feature safe" provides certain sets of phones to share EM profiles with no reduction in lines, buttons, etc.

Because CIPC doesn't support feature safe any non-CIPC device profile applied to CIPC will result in the default phone/button template being applied.

It looks like things should be working.... But they are not.

I have Extension Mobility setup and I have a user that logs into her 7961 and when she logs in she has all three lines. But when she logs into her IP communicator it only shows 1 line. What am I missing?

TIA

Scott
