[cisco-voip] CM 6.1.2 CFNA not working

Seems if I change ring duration from the current and restart the phone CFNA
works.

On 6.1.2 this could be anything from broken change notification (CSCso93220)
to stale intercepts.  

 

Much less work to restart ccm and move on with life, particularly if it was
working before.
