[cisco-voip] 8.x upgrade question

I upgraded from 7.1.5-33000 to that version 8.6.2-20000-2 with no problem
but you will need to run the patch fix first and maybe the h323 patch fix
before you upgrade. The patch fix took 45 min to run, the upgrade took 4
hours since it goes from rhat4 to 5
