[cisco-voip] Transferring calls to a phone that is call forwarded

My money is on CFWD CSS not having access to Patterns for the Avaya
phones... For a quick test you can try changing the Cfwd CSS on the
forwarded phone to the device level CSS (assuming that has access) and see
if that resolves it. Another test is to use DNA and set the device css to
the Cfwd CSS... see what that is showing.
