Are you looking for instruction on how to implement or how it works?

The instructions are in the second paragraph, i.e. using the softkey. As far as how it works, it may temporarily set the Busy Trigger to 1.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CM Cancel Call Waiting feature

Hello

Anyone have a description for the "Cancel Call Waiting" feature in CM?

Other than these two paragraphs in the 8.0 system guide I can't seem to find any information on this ...

Thanks.
