[cisco-voip] Application user..... not working?

I have an application user that seems to not be working..... is there a
service on CM that I need to restart?

CM 7.1.5
application is CallRex

I am not getting line status passed to CallRex.  I rebooted the CallRex
server and things worked for a little bit, then stopped working again.
