[cisco-voip] Number of Calls to a Voicemail box

I have Unity Connection 7.1.3.

I'm being asked to provide how many calls a specific mail box has received.
  (Ideally, how many calls it heard it's message, and if they hit one of
the caller input options)

I know how to do this with a call handler, but I'm looking for a mailbox
(User).

My problem relates to how many people are hearing the message vs hitting an
option, or leaving a message.
