[cisco-voip] CM Cancel Call Waiting feature

Have been doing it only for per device due to few people requiring this, as
iDivert is better. If only needed for few devices you can cancel call
waiting from directory number page under - "Multiple Call/Call Waiting
Settings on Device". Set the "Busy trigger" to 1.
