[cisco-voip] inbound calling yes, outbound calling no. reorder tone if possible

I thought PLAR was inbound only?

Couldn't you just set up PLAR for inbound and then have no outbound dial-peers referencing the port? If you only have connection plar XYZ for inbound and then don't have any outbound dial-peers referencing port x/y wouldn't that fly?

I need to set up an analog line that has inbound calling, but outbound calling is disabled. Easy enough with partitions and search spaces. However, I need to somehow feed an error tone back to the device when it goes off hook when trying to dial out in order for it to use a different path.

I was thinking of setting it up as a plar which would dial a non-existent number or something, but I can't remember if that would give me the annunciator or not.

I would also have to replicate this during SRST.

Thoughts?
