[cisco-voip] CUCM 8.6 hardware

They're still being sold, but it's becoming a much less attractive
option. The ability for Cisco to promise how long replacement parts
from HP/IBM will be available is diminishing. As well, most of the
testing is going into UC on UCS virtualization testing so there are
less options available for hardware. So even away from the benefits
of UCS/virtualization, the situation around bare metal is in the
process of deterioration.
