[cisco-voip] VG224 does not re-register after power flicker

I have for the longest time a weird issue with two VG224s.  They lose registration when the power flickers (no power failure) in the building, but they never try to re-register again.  The only way out is to reload it.  Has anyone any idea as to what might be causing this behavior?
