[cisco-voip] Filtering no extension users on Corporate Directory

Try restarting the Dirsync service on the CUCM publisher and then force a
resync on the AD Sync agreement. It can take upto 48-ish hours for the
accounts without phone numbers to disappear from the directory after that.
What you need to check is if they're marked as "inactive" or not. This
is per design. When LDAP is enabled for end users, no user account
disappears immediately... Only after being inactive for a full 24 hours or
more.
