[cisco-voip] turn off call park revert to a line group

if a call comes through a line group (hunt pilot) and gets parked, its nice
that it reverts back to the hunt pilot. is it possible to turn this off to
where if the call came through the hunt pilot, gets parked then reverts
back to the person who parked it, not the line group (hunt pilot)
