When users dial out to the PSTN, we dont want to send CLI so we prefix 141 infront of the dial number at the Route Pattern level by doing predot and prefix 141. Our ITSP wants the full number to be sent for billing purposes. The problem we have now is when users dial a PSTN number they see 141 in front of the dial number.
