Hi Andy,
The ELM login is the original OS Administration account created during the initial server installation. Currently ELM 1.0 only supports a single user so it grabs the user from the platformConfig.xml file.

Ok, I've seen a couple of v9 questions posted so I guess that someone is trying to get this working.
I know the documentation is as good as it could be, but what do you have to do to get ELM and CCM to talk to each other?
In my lab I've upgraded from 8.5.1.13900-5 to 9.0.0.99101-22 using ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.1.cop.
CCM works ok, but when I try to add it to ELM it moans about a login failure.
I have tried the ccmadmin account and tried creating a new account but what access would you need?
I have tried starting all the services on the box to see if that helps, but alas it still fails.
I have got a demo licence and installed that as well.
Can someone point me in the right direction please.
