I've seen softkeys get stuck. Is there any item in that softkey slot when the phone is onHook? If not, put something there and see if it gets triggered.

Has anyone encountered an issue with the following firmware version, where users are lifting their handset and the phone automatically redials the last person they called.

Firmware: SCCP70.9-0-2SR1S
