[cisco-voip] arbitrary(?) line settings on IOS v15?

just wondering what people have to say about the following configs I see on v15 routers now. tried to do a little searching but not having luck with the parameters. 

the line values change, so i'm not sure what they mean. 



line 2 
no activation-character 
no exec 
transport preferred none 
transport input all 
transport output pad telnet rlogin lapb-ta mop udptn v120 ssh 
stopbits 1 
line 131 
no activation-character 
no exec 
transport preferred none 
transport input all
