[cisco-voip] Download CM version 8.6?

The download on CCO is just upgrade. But put in an edelivery put order and you can have a bootable version in a few hours, albeit you will still need the latest SU probably. I've not seen the bootables have the SUs yet..

Can you download CM or is it a PUT physical media only?  is the recovery download the full ISO?
