I can't find the old thread on this, so can someone refresh my memory on why they don't post the bootable ISOs on CCO and force you to download via eDelivery from PUT?

Thanks,
Kevin

The one you want is on the Cisco site under
Downloads Home --> Products --> Voice and Unified Communications --> IP Telephony --> Unified Communications Platform --> Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) --> Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 8.6 --> Unified Communications Manager / Cisco Unity Connection Updates.

Not bootable but other than that it is the full thing. If you need bootable then you have to use PUT. The one I got from PUT recently was 8.6(2a). For 8.6(2a)SU1 you need to download from the above.

Can you download CM or is it a PUT physical media only? is the recovery download the full ISO?

TIA

Scott
