[cisco-voip] Wanted: Bandwidth.com SIP trunk configuration for CUBE

Try taking the bind command off completely. Ensure the closest
interface to CUCM is the one defined in the SIP trunk and closest
interface (from routing perspective) is interface bandwidth.com is
expecting.
