[cisco-voip] CDR reporting tool for end users

I'd like to hear about stuff like this as well.
Apparently, Splunk has a CDR plug in or something like that. Wonder if anyone is using that for this.
The biggest thing is access to information. I'd like them to be able to run reports only on their employees, not all.

I have a issue where managers want to run CDR reports on their staff at any time. Does anyone know a tool that will allow this? I’d like to dump CDR records and have a 3 rd party tool parse and display via the web.
