Job Responsibilities:

In this Senior VoIP development role, you will be part of a fast moving  
team that is responsible for the research and development of Cisco based  
onsite telephony products, solutions and services. You will be asked to  
create, design, test, and document these solutions such that other teams  
in the organization will be able to install, configure and support your  
designed solutions. This will also include the design, configuration and  
standard definition for the network foundation these solutions reside on.  
Specific duties will include:

Provide creative Research and Development engineering toward solution  
integration of the Cisco UCCM, Connections, and UCCX telephony family of  
products.

Provide fourth level support to installation and support teams for  
technical issues ranging from Call Manager, Unity, Connections, UCCX,  
gateways, and CPE endpoints such as phones, ATA's, and paging systems.

Provide installation checklists, sales design guides and guidance to the  
internal install teams.

Perform technical training to installation and support teams on products  
developed.

Review the sold physical and logical designs for ADP network products and  
services for implementation approval

Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):

Qualifications:

CCIE Voice or CCIE R/S preferred

Minimally CCVP with senior level voice systems deployment experience

7+ years of experience in systems engineering, network consulting or a  
related field, including experience working as a project lead.

Must have a demonstrated ability to perform troubleshooting of complex  
voice enabled environments.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required with a  
strong internal and external customer focus.

Must have senior level knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager  
and the ancillary servers such as Connections, with these versions -  
(8.6.x (knowledge of 4.x, 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, etc.).

Must have senior level knowledge of Cisco routers and switches with  
technologies and protocols such as: TCP/IP, EIGRP, H.323, SIP, MGCP, DHCP,  
QoS, SCCP, PRI, T1, T1-CAS, and demonstrate knowledge of MPLS.

Additional pluses are Cisco TSP, Cisco Unified Communications Contact  
Center Express (UCCX), Cisco SMB Voice product suite, Cisco IOS Voice  
technologies and SRND, Call Recording technologies, VPN technologies

Education:

BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education  
and experience required or

CCVP, CCIE preferred
