Mark, yes it does.
When you enable encryption for the phones and check the "SRTP allowed" check box in the SIP Trunk configuration, you are enabling SRTP between those two points, the usage of TLS (or IPSec) is an OPTIONAL, but recommended, configuration. (Hint: Check the caption text following the "SRTP Allowed" checkbox)-

Does anyone know if CUCM supports SIP endpoints using SRTP without using TLS to encrypt the signaling? I'm not partial to the signaling being TCP or UDP based, it just can't be encrypted signaling in this case. Thanks.
