[cisco-voip] CUE 8.6 - IMAP stopped working

Working on my clients remote site in UK, users no longer have their vm to email. A month ago they upgraded from exh2003 to exch2007.
I only have Citrix access to cue gui and cli access. I have no way to see the network or sniff it.

Found:
SMTP is configured
Integrated messaging was not checked. I just turned it on and reloaded cue.



Is there an tool out there I can use to see if the gw is actually sending vm to the smtp address configured.


Or is there a debug cmd to see if smtp is getting sent?

Any help appreciated.
