[cisco-voip] 7961G Can't do conf call

Mike,

The symptoms you describe sound like a media cut-through error.
If it was a signaling issue, you would see some kind of a display text
update on the phone.
Can you check and see if the "Transcoder Out Of Resources" counter
increments when the conference fails ?
