[cisco-voip] 9.2.1 SCCP load codec issue

If I were you I’d stay right away from 9.2.1 I had nothing but issues with it, now on 9.2.3 with no issues.
Had the two bugs below,
CSCtq48538 Video does not work with CUVA or CUPC because Phone does not send CallStateMessage through CAST connection to PC
CSCtq97254 Phones advertise g722 even though advertise g722 is disabled

I upgraded a couple of 7965 phones to 9.2.1 SCCP load and it was forcing g722 causing a codec mismatch with any other phone dialed.
How do I get the code to comply with my region settings? Is there a setting I'm overlooking? g722 advertisement is disabled on the phones.
