Exactly, the more button is there still but every new feature doesn't get crammed into the same list so you can avoid hitting it 5 times to get to the feature you want.

At some point that "More" button just wasn't going to be effective. New phones, new UI. New doesn't always mean bad, but it does quite often mean different.

9951's even on 8.6 don't use softkey templates.

Yeah, you can't configure softkeys until 8.6. They have to be PLKs until 8.6.
I strongly recommend 8.6 for these phones.
