In theory if the BIB supported video you could get the equivalent silent monitor/record just for a video call.

Bringing the two threads together hopefully.

Nate is correct that it is possible to establish a video call from 9971 to CUVA/VTA.

That establishes a call with the two endpoints being the 9971 and CUVA. However, that does address the use case of mirroring video from 9971 LCD to desktop PC for full screen video or improved viewing angle.

For that use case I'm in agreement with RyanR. I am not aware of any way to mirror video from the 9971 to the desktop. Conceptually it would be similar to using CUVA and a CAST connection to the phone. In practice I have not seen or heard of this option.

Not that I'm aware of. A Cius with media station can do this.

Hi, List,

I would like to know if there is a way to push or share the video content on the 9971 phone set to a laptop or desktop monitor. The UVTA product ran on the desktop as an application which allowed an user to expand the picture to full screen size. It would be a nice feature if this could be accomplished with the video on the 9971 phone sets.

Thank you,

Tom
