[cisco-voip] LDAP Synchronization with CUCM and Windows 2008

Just a user account that can read the directory.

In most deployments, just a regular user.

Does anybody know what exactly needed in roles like Domain Admin, Enterprise Admin, Schema Admin, etc in order to synchronize with CUCM and Windows 2008 without just using the administrator account.

Searched Cisco site and can't find a definite answer.
