>From what I can remember you have to turn on CDR enable flag on all subscribers running the CallManager service to capture all calls,  well in 6.1 anyway not sure if this is the case on 7 or 8

Is the CDR enable checked on all subscribers?

System>Service Parameter Configuration> Sub> Cisco CallManager then check the CDR enabled Flag.

I run a report on my gateway that has our ISDN line.  Virtually ALL local and long distance calls go through this gateway.
When I ran the last report, I noticed certain extensions are completely missing, mine for instance!!  I know I make calls, but there is not a single record for me....
Where should I start looking?
