[cisco-voip] CUIC reports show no agents

Hi Haroon,In order to make other Users able to generate report and view. There is two steps config. First you need to make user report designer user and then go to Privilege Option and select the Report option from drop down box and assign Read and Execute Rights to that particular super user. Login with this user and then try.

Guys, CUIC report showing No Agents, i have given all the rights to the user which is generating the reports but No success, only one user can view all the agents available....
